Email Migration

January 16, 2026 David 10 minute read

Our email migration is now finalizing it's last sync/completed as of 9:30 PM EST:

We've shifted your email infrastructure over to a new system that has significantly less complexity / moving parts: We expect improved uptime, stability & increased storage.

If you run into any difficulties whatsoever, contact the Fused support team first & foremost.

Changes

  • Webmail access is now available at webmail.fused.com (Alternatively https://mail.fused.com:2096) if the former address gives you trouble.
  • Individual email users can update their filters, passwords & other components there.
  • Everyone part of the shift has been allocated 100+ gigs of storage to split between their accounts at no additional charge.

Temporary Changes / Expectations

  • SPAM: We expect a light uptick in possible spam as we make some filtering/tooling adjustments.
  • Adding email accounts, changing passwords, filters/forwarders/settings: Changes you make to your email accounts via your existing control panel login no longer apply, including passwords/creating accounts/logging into webmail. We expect to have access available via our client area by next week. In the interim please contact the Fused support team to make changes to existing accounts.

Settings

  • Access settings remain the same, you shouldn't need to make any changes within any email clients. We've included the settings down below solely for reference.
