Setting up an Email Account

IMAP Setup for your google pixel 8a

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right > Add another account.
3. Select "Other".
4. Enter your email address and tap "Next".
5. Choose "Personal (IMAP/POP)" and tap "Next".
6. Enter your password and tap "Next".
7. Select "IMAP" and use the following server settings:
   • Incoming server (IMAP): imap.fused.com
   • Port: 993
   • Security type: SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.fused.com
   • Port: 587
   • Security type: STARTTLS
8. Tap "Next" to complete the setup.

POP3 Setup for your google pixel 8a

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right > Add another account.
3. Select "Other".
4. Enter your email address and tap "Next".
5. Choose "Personal (IMAP/POP)" and tap "Next".
6. Enter your password and tap "Next".
7. Select "POP3" and use the following server settings:
   • Incoming server (POP3): pop3.fused.com
   • Port: 995
   • Security type: SSL/TLS
   • Outgoing server (SMTP): smtp.fused.com
   • Port: 587
   • Security type: STARTTLS
8. Tap "Next" to complete the setup.

Accessing Your Email Account on your google pixel 8a

1. Open the Gmail app on your Pixel 8a.
2. If you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them by tapping your profile picture and selecting the account.
3. Your inbox will be displayed, showing your emails.
4. Tap on an email to read it.
5. To compose a new email, tap the compose button (pencil icon) in the bottom right corner.

Note: These instructions are based on Android 13. If you're using a different Android version, the steps might vary slightly.

Deleting an Email Account on your pixel 8a

1. Open the Settings app on your Pixel 8a.
2. Go to Accounts > Personal (IMAP) or the account you want to remove.
3. Tap "Remove account".
4. Confirm by tapping "Remove account" again.
