Easy Property Listings: Public REST disclosure of hidden listing fields
An unauthenticated caller can read published listing details through the public REST API even when the site has chosen to hide those fields. The plugin includes asking price, sold price, street address and exact map coordinates without enforcing their visibility settings. The export does not disclose the precise REST route or serialization function. Affected versions: before 3.5.28. The completed CNA record identifies 3.5.28 as fixed.

This CVE was published Oct 20, 2026 and is one of 12 known issues for this plugin.
Update, patch or deactivate.
The authoritative export identifies 3.5.28 as fixed. Update to the applicable fixed release or a later supported release. Apply per-field visibility and response allowlists when serializing public listings; exclude hidden prices, addresses and coordinates regardless of whether the containing listing is public.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.
Technical description
The Easy Property Listings WordPress plugin before 3.5.28 does not restrict which listing fields it adds to the public REST API output, allowing unauthenticated users to read details a site has chosen to hide on published listings, such as the asking price, sold price, street address and exact map coordinates.
