JS Help Desk lets low-privileged users read other customers' tickets
JS Help Desk before 3.1.5 loads a requested support ticket without confirming that the authenticated requester owns it. A low-privileged user can supply another user's ticket identifier and receive the ticket's subject, message body and reporter personally identifiable information. The published.

Update, patch or deactivate.
Update JS Help Desk to 3.1.5 or later. Review authenticated ticket-view requests for sequential or cross-account ticket identifiers, determine which tickets may have been returned, and handle exposed reporter and message data according to the site's privacy and incident-response obligations.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.
Technical description
The JS Help Desk WordPress plugin before 3.1.5 does not verify that the requesting user owns the ticket being loaded: a low-privileged authenticated user can supply another user's ticket ID and read that ticket's contents, including the reporter's PII and message body.
