KiviCare patient IDOR exposes bills and appointments
KiviCare before 4.5.2 does not verify ownership of requested patient records. An authenticated patient-level user can select another patient's records and retrieve bills, invoices and appointment details.

Update to 4.5.2 or later. Review patient-level access, determine which medical and billing records were exposed, and respond according to applicable privacy obligations.

Technical description
The KiviCare WordPress plugin before 4.5.2 does not verify that the requesting user owns the records being accessed, allowing authenticated patient-level users to read other patients' bills, invoices and appointment details.
