MetForm: Public HubSpot debug-response disclosure
The MetForm WordPress plugin before 4.3.1 does not properly restrict access to a debug file it writes to the web root on every form submission when its HubSpot Forms integration is enabled, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read upstream API response data, including correlation identifiers and cookies. The authoritative export identifies the fixed release as 4.3.1.

This CVE was published Oct 03, 2026 and is one of 29 known issues for this plugin.
Update, patch or deactivate.
Update MetForm to 4.3.1 or a later supported release. An application-level fix should do not write integration responses into the web root. Remove existing debug files, redact sensitive response fields, and store any essential logs outside public access.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.
