CVE-2026-61967: miniOrange OTP password reset trusts an unbound username

miniOrange OTP Verification through 5.5.1 exposes an Ultimate Member password-reset path that checks a public form nonce but trusts POST username_b and invokes the password reset for that selected user without requiring a validated OTP session bound to the same account. Version 5.5.2 requires an initialized and validated OTP session, compares the submitted username with the session username, and clears the session after use. Exploitation requires the Ultimate Member password-reset integration to be enabled; the reporter's exact form submission sequence remains undisclosed.
