QA Analytics visitor data can execute as PHP
QA Analytics through 5.2.0.0 lets an unauthenticated attacker reach a file-write path used for visitor analytics and session data. Affected code writes that data into generated .php files with WP_Filesystem::put_contents(); requesting a generated file can therefore execute stored PHP. Version 5.2.0.1 routes these writes through wrap_put_contents(), prefixing each generated file with an immediate 404 and exit guard.

This CVE was published Aug 13, 2026 and is one of 4 known issues for this plugin.
Update, patch or deactivate.
Update to 5.2.0.1 or later immediately. Inspect the plugin's generated data files, web-access logs and PHP processes for suspicious content or execution, rotate credentials if compromise is suspected, and restore from a known-clean state when necessary.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.
