Simple Cloudflare Turnstile permits unauthenticated CAPTCHA bypass
Simple Cloudflare Turnstile through 1.42.1 has an unauthenticated bypass identified as CAPTCHA bypass by the export's advisory reference. An attacker can bypass the affected challenge check; the CNA rates attack complexity as high, without user interaction. This does not by itself establish WordPress account takeover.

Simple Cloudflare Turnstile through 1.42.1 has a content-injection flaw reachable without an account. The CNA rates confidentiality and integrity impacts as low, with no user interaction required. Although its weakness classification is CWE-94, the description establishes content injection rather than remote code execution.

CVE6.5
Aug 07, 2026 CVE-2026-15239
Forminator Turnstile verification can be replayed through an attacker-controlled cache key
Simple CAPTCHA with Cloudflare Turnstile before 1.42.0 caches successful Forminator validation for five minutes using attacker-controlled POST parameter form_uid rather than the single-use Turnstile token. After solving one challenge, an unauthenticated attacker can reuse the same form_uid in token-less submissions; cfturnstile_forminator_check() finds the cached success before token extraction and accepts the requests until the cache expires. This permits repeated spam or automated use of the protected form, while additional impact depends on the form's configured actions. Version 1.42.0 binds the short validation cache to the verified token instead.
