MEDIUM CVE-2026-14322 Deferred

Timetics can approve paid bookings without payment

Timetics before 1.0.57 trusts an unrecognised payment method when an unauthenticated visitor creates a booking. Instead of leaving the booking pending or unpaid, the vulnerable flow records it as fully approved, allowing priced appointments to be reserved without completing payment.

CWE-284 — Improper Access Control

Update, patch or deactivate.

Update Timetics to 1.0.57 or later. Review recently approved paid bookings against gateway transaction records, and cancel or manually verify bookings that have no matching payment.

A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.

Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.

Technical description

The Timetics WordPress plugin before 1.0.57 does not enforce a pending or unpaid status for new bookings created through a payment method other than its recognised gateways, allowing unauthenticated users to create fully-approved bookings for priced appointments without making any payment.
