Update Ultimate Member to 2.12.1 or later. Remove privileged roles from public registration forms, enable the plugin's elevated-account safeguard, review recently registered accounts for unexpected administrator capabilities, invalidate suspicious sessions, and investigate administrator actions if an unauthorized privileged account was created.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
