Webba Booking: A security weakness
Webba Booking permits authorization bypass through a user-controlled key. The CNA vector specifies an unauthenticated attacker without victim interaction and high confidentiality impact. A caller can control a key used in an authorization decision and thereby obtain access to protected information. The export does not identify the key field, endpoint, protected object or exposed data, and does not establish booking modification or account takeover. Published affected versions: <= 6.5.2.

Update Webba Booking to 6.5.3 or later in the applicable release line. The completed authoritative record identifies this fixed release. Restrict the affected public lookup functionality until updated. Authorize access to each requested object independently of caller-supplied identifiers or keys.
A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.
