HIGH CVE-2026-105065 Deferred

XStore: Reflected cross-site scripting

The XStore theme permits reflected cross-site scripting. The CNA vector specifies an unauthenticated attacker who must induce victim interaction. Attacker-controlled input is reflected into unsafe page output, allowing script execution in the site's origin when a victim encounters it. The export does not identify the endpoint, parameter, output context, rendering function or victim role. Published affected versions: < 9.7.9.

CWE-79 — Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')

This CVE was published Oct 15, 2026 and is one of 15 known issues for this theme.

Update, patch or deactivate.

Update XStore to 9.7.9 or later in the applicable release line. The completed authoritative record explicitly identifies 9.7.9 as unaffected. Avoid untrusted links or requests to affected functionality until updated, and escape reflected input for its output context.

A safe version is available, so updating to that version or later is the preferred remediation. If an immediate update is not practical, consider a targeted application patch or temporarily restricting the affected functionality.

Deactivate only when warranted by your risk profile, or when advised by your hosting provider in the limited circumstances where the vulnerability cannot otherwise be mitigated. If you’re unsure which action is appropriate, contact Fused or your hosting provider for guidance.
