Changing your domain name contact details¶
Use this page for changing your domain name contact details. Domain changes can affect website access and email delivery, so confirm the account, domain, and intended destination before saving changes.
Warning
Changing your domain contact information will result in the domain being locked for 60 days preventing it from transferring to another registrar. This applies to most registrars as a safety mechanism to prevent domain theft.
Changing your domain name's WHOIS details¶
- Login to our client area
- Navigate to
Domains > My Domains. - Next to the relevant domain, select the dropdown next to the wrench icon, & select
Edit Contact Information. - Populate your domain contact details as you wish, & hit save changes on the bottom of the page.
