What To Check First

  1. Confirm the mailbox can send and receive normal messages.
  2. Check webmail to see whether messages are landing in junk or another folder.
  3. Review whether a forwarder, filter, or challenge-response rule is active.
  4. If outgoing mail is rejected, save the full bounce message before changing settings.
