Email Signatures¶
Use this page to configure email signatures for a Fused mailbox or domain. Review the behavior before enabling it so mail is routed or handled as expected.
Email Signature on Webmail¶
To set an email signature on webmail, follow these instructions:
- Login to Webmail & select Roundcube
- On the left-hand side, select
Settings - Then select
Identities& configure your signature as desired.
Roundcube Identity Features¶
- Display Name: The name that will be displayed for your recipients.
- Email: Your email address.
- Organization: This lets you define an organization you're associated with.
- Reply-To: You can configure an alternative reply-to for recipients.
- Bcc: This will let you blind-carbon-copy alternative users on outbound mail.
- Signature: This box contains your actual signature. Modify it as needed & hit save.
